2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the website or engagement of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.
3. Our Services
Dhamrong provides pension legal support services to individuals in Thailand. Our services include:
- First Conversation (฿2,050) — an initial consultation to understand your pension concerns and explain your position clearly.
- Paperwork & Liaison (฿6,100) — assistance organising documents and managing correspondence with relevant offices on your behalf.
- End-to-End Support (฿12,000) — full support for more complex pension matters, including sustained handling and formal representation where required.
We reserve the right to decline to accept an enquiry or to discontinue a service engagement where we determine it would be inappropriate or beyond the scope of our practice.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or completing our enquiry form.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to information relevant to your matter.
- Not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could cause harm to Dhamrong or third parties.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
5. Engagement and Payment
Our services become formally engaged once you have received and accepted a written engagement letter or confirmed a service in writing. The fees listed on our website are the standard prices for each service tier and are denominated in Thai Baht (฿).
Payment terms will be set out in your engagement letter. Where a service is cancelled or not proceeded with after commencement, any fees already paid for work carried out may be retained at our discretion. We will communicate any such terms clearly in advance.
6. Service Delivery Terms
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. Response and delivery timelines will be agreed at the point of engagement. We cannot commit to specific outcomes in pension matters, as results depend on the actions and decisions of third parties including government offices and pension administrators.
We will keep you informed of progress throughout. Where unforeseen complexity arises that may affect scope or fees, we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, images, and layout — is the property of Dhamrong or used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent. This does not prevent you from printing or saving content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us regarding your pension situation as strictly confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, or where you have given us explicit permission to do so — for example, to communicate with a pension office on your behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how we handle personal data.
9. Disclaimers
The information on this website is provided for general reference only and does not constitute legal advice. Each pension matter is individual; nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for professional guidance specific to your circumstances.
While we take care to keep our website accurate and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility for any reliance placed on information that may have become outdated or inaccurate. External links are provided for convenience only; we have no control over third-party sites and are not responsible for their content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Dhamrong's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or from services provided shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any financial outcome dependent on the decisions of third-party institutions.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhamrong and its staff from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of material facts relevant to your matter, or your use of the website in a manner not permitted under these terms.
12. Termination
Either party may bring a service engagement to a close by providing reasonable written notice. On termination, any fees due for work completed will remain payable. Clauses relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive the end of any engagement or these terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or any service engagement shall first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. Where agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, whose jurisdiction you expressly accept.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement — these terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the full agreement between you and Dhamrong regarding the subject matter herein.
- Severability — if any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver — failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right on future occasions.
- Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
